I made appointment for 1pm but they made me wait for 4 hours. They don't even ask us for drink a glass of water. After you make payment you are second class customer. I was very unsatisfied durning the purchase of getting my car. I came in looking to turn in my leased car to get a new one. After being there for 4hours and taking the insurance off my car i was then informe car. I came in looking to turn in my leased car to get a new one. After being there for 4hours and taking the insurance off my car i was then informed by Shaun that Josh who was my sells person never got the car out the lot and being as though it was so late I’d have to come back the next day. I was visibly upset because they knew i was over my miles and I’d have to drive well over 65miles home and back to get the car. Even after coming the next day to get the car i waited 4hours again. Overall my experience was horrible and i would no longer recommend this Kia. More
