I was really disappointed with the overall customer service experience. From the start, it felt like every interaction was more of a hassle than it should have been. The employee who sold me the car was particularly sassy and far too laid-back, almost like they weren’t interested in making a sale. It made the entire process uncomfortable and frustrating.
