This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. When we arrived early to our appointment, NONE of the cars were ready for us to view. It took over an hour for me to test ever had purchasing a car. When we arrived early to our appointment, NONE of the cars were ready for us to view. It took over an hour for me to test drive cars. Then, we were often left at the sales person’s desk for 30-45 minutes at a time, With no update or explanation other that “give us just 10 minutes” or “just a few more minutes”. All in all, it took nearly SIX HOURS. Staff were standing around chatting the majority of the time. If they were waiting for things beyond their control, none of that was explained. They should have just said “it may take up to an hour plus for financing to process” then we could have gotten lunch or something. Instead they kept saying just a few more minutes, which kept us around. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone More

I do not advise getting any care packages from them. You’ll have such a hard time getting to use the service. They’ll just recommend you go somewhere else. I went in to buy a Telluride but they didnt find the keys to any of their Tellurides lol. After I chose another car, everything went smoothly, up until their F&I Richard forced a $2700 warranty on my deal be to any of their Tellurides lol.
