STAY AWAY, These guys are liars! They advertised a car for sale, I inquired about it online, called ahead and was assured the car would be pulled out and waiting for my arrival time They advertised a car for sale, I inquired about it online, called ahead and was assured the car would be pulled out and waiting for my arrival time. I was told there was a mixup and the dealership owners wife had the car and it would be there within 1-1.5 hours but can they show me new vehicles. They tried to sell me a new vehicle for a "similar" price = 15% more. I told them I came to buy the used car and if they didn't have it to sell to tell me honestly so I could leave and not sit in rush hour traffic. Then they we did paperwork, they told me the car had lojack installed and it was an additional $1,695, i didn't want or need it and said we either do the deal at the advertised price or I walk. They removed the lojack, wen through financing documents, unfroze my credit so they could run credit, paperwork at sales price had been signed and then after i took out insurance they told me they needed to sell it with lojack at $1,695 because the SIM was already paired with the VIN and couldn't be changed. I googled it and showed them on LoJack's website where they could pay $99 to transfer it to a new VIN and that i'd pay the $99, they wouldn't do it. So, they wasted 3 hours of my time at the dealership, trying to bait and switch me which is 100% ILLEGAL, and i wasted 2 hours sitting in traffic home. These guys are crooks, and are advertising cars at prices they NEVER intent to sell at. I'm reporting them to the NY attorney general. Cross posting this review. STAY AWAY! More
