I brought my car in for an oil change. I was then quoted additional service equaling over $2k. On top of it the paperwork stated that I witnessed a leak on my shocks when that was absolute I was then quoted additional service equaling over $2k. That's incredibly unprofessional. On top of that I was about to leave and some guy comes out and says oh I forgot to put these back in your car to seal up where the cabin filter goes. So forgotten parts doesn't instill confidence. No apologies for that either. All in all my car is driving worse then when I brought it in. More
