I get the feeling my horn sound was deliberately lowered or tampered with from the first time I went there for my windshield wipers. My horn was fine and then when I left I had no horn, which is more than d or tampered with from the first time I went there for my windshield wipers. I think they did it to my Kia so I would come back and they could get another job. I noticed the guy had a sinister smile on his face when I said it suddenly disappeared. I will try not to go to Northstar Kia service in the future because I value my life and I think something was truly done to the horn to get me to come. I will also never get another Kia because it’s just been a bad experience in customer service from purchase to service. Never again. They definitely messed with my horn and thought because I was a woman I would just lay down and take it. More

I completed all application paperwork beforehand and let the salesperson know when I would arrive to pick up the car. I was still at the dealership for 4 hours before I left with my new car. The salesperson also repeatedly told me that the dealership was doing me a favor by allowing me to fill out my application online before I arrived. It was not a pleasant experience. I am giving three stars because the finance person and sales manager took care of me. They were willing to work with me on a pricing misunderstanding. I was happy to get the deal done with them.
