I went here to get my tire fixed but the guy who helped me convinced me to get the 30K mile work done ( I have 27k in my car) to keep my warranty so I did it. I waited to do the review because afterwards my brakes were screeching like crazy so knew there was an issue. I barely drive it as seen from the miles from this visit and my visit today at 3/14/23 because I left it parked on holidays for alternate side parking and don’t use it regularly. I finally came back and now I’m told there I need new brake pads and rotors for the front and back which is over $1,100 from a issue I never had before and now I have it out of nowhere after spending over $700 and they didn’t check or did they do something to it??? Not only that but now I find out my car is covered for the warranty for 60K miles or 5 years regardless and it will expire 6/2023 even though I got the 30k mile work done because Cosmo told me if I did I will be in warranty and still covered for the long haul as long as I did that procedure!!! He lied to me and then I would not be surprised if they sabotaged my car so I can pay more to get it fixed. I’ve had a bad experience before with bad service here but never again coming here and dropping another penny unless this situation is rectified because I have been swindled. I will dispute the charge if I must because instead of helping my car I was lied to and it was sabotaged. Please have a higher up call me back to get this rectified because I won’t rest until I get justice!!! More
