Worst sales experience ever! !! They make you fill out and sign an application, and speak with insurance, in order to give you a quote. Then they shred the application if you don !! The sales rep was pissed and gave attitude when I wanted to see him actually shredding the paper. WASTE OF TIME and disrespectful! The quote wasn’t clear (it didn’t include taxes) and the manager implied that I don’t know how to calculate interest through time. The sales representative gave me a misleading information on the car price on the phone. I don’t recommend this dealership. More

We tried several times to call Kia to find out where to send our payment and the woman answering the phone was disrespectful. She transfer me to a number and the mailbox is full.
