They were extremely pushy on the first day we went. They kept asking us to close the deal. Then when we were ready it was nothing but a problem. We gave them a deposit and then they ghosted us. They had nothing ready when we were ready to get the car. They hadn’t even cleared our trade in. They gave us one price and then it skyrocket to an extremely higher number. When everything was finally resolved the car was not washed and we were not given a demo on it. I would most definitely not recommend this dealership. We have been calling them to retrieve something sentimental that we left in the old car and we have gotten no response. When we call we are put on hold and then hung up on. The manager that made all the promises snuck out the door when we arrived to close the deal! Horrible horrible experience! More
