Cosmo has been my service representative pretty much since the beginning, and his professionalism and the way he takes care of his customers are a big reason why I continue to come back. Whenever I bring my truck in, Cosmo makes sure I understand what’s going on, what needs to be done, and answers any questions I may have. If something isn’t right—which honestly is usually not the case—he makes it right and makes sure I leave satisfied with the work that was done. You hear so many stories about service shops where people feel like they’re just another number or like the shop only cares about getting your money. I can honestly say that hasn’t been my experience here. I appreciate having a place that actually takes the time to listen, answer questions, and work with you. Another thing I really appreciate is that they offer affordable pay-later options. Sometimes repairs come up when you don’t have all the money sitting around at once, but you still need your vehicle to get to work and handle everyday life.
