After the sale of a car, I cannot get in contact with anyone from the dealer who can provide a useful answer to any question I may have. The problem has a simple solution where someone can be assigned to finalize a brief registration process. They will reach out only for a great review but not to help with additional tasks. The main number to call the dealer gets you an appointment person or a receptionist who redirects the call where no one else picks up until the call is dropped. How is this an acceptable way to manage a business? They don’t care once you make the purchase. Had I known customer service was so poor, I would not have made the purchase.
