I went in to buy a Telluride but they didnt find the keys to any of their Tellurides lol. After I chose another car, everything went smoothly, up until their F&I Richard forced a $2700 warranty on my deal be to any of their Tellurides lol. After I chose another car, everything went smoothly, up until their F&I Richard forced a $2700 warranty on my deal because allegedly the bank required it (which is complete xxxxxxxx) And now he's making me wait the 90 days until he gets funded for it to cancel it. Everybody I speak to about canceling this just tells me that it's up to him. I guess F&I's are independant contractors and they do what they want! More
