Made an appointment this morning, over the phone, to test drive a 2025 Sportage. Verified three times that a vehicle would be available for a test drive. Got to the dealer 2 hours later and they gave me a st drive a 2025 Sportage. Verified three times that a vehicle would be available for a test drive. Got to the dealer 2 hours later and they gave me a story that the car was just sold. They also mentioned that the SX is no longer being sold by KIA??? , Then the manager got involved. Still no SE or SX available unless I wanted to wail till they found one around the area, Story, story, story. It's like you have to fight with these dealerships in order to spend $35,000 +. I will NEVER return! More

I experienced significant delays in the repair process after my vehicle was rear-ended, despite there being no structural damage. The repair took 6 weeks due to” parts availability”, leading to a $400 ren after my vehicle was rear-ended, despite there being no structural damage. The repair took 6 weeks due to” parts availability”, leading to a $400 rental expense. Upon receiving my car back, I found that the tailgate and muffler, which were supposed to be replaced as per the estimate, were not, and my blind spot monitoring system was also not replaced. Additionally, the codes of the monitoring system were programmed out of the car. This repair has now been ongoing for 4 months, and I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I would caution others to avoid this establishment due to their questionable practices. If I didn't have some knowledge about cars, they might have succeeded in their deceit. More
