Pros: They were courteous and easy to talk to Cons: 1) I had to immediately bring my car back for a problem they caused while fixing the first problem 2) They charged us for a part they didn’t actua 1) I had to immediately bring my car back for a problem they caused while fixing the first problem 2) They charged us for a part they didn’t actually replace 3) They tried to charge us for 4-hours of labor on a fix that should have been 2 hours for a professional (there were videos of DIY enthusiasts doing this repair with zero previous experience in under three hours) 4) They were difficult to get ahold of during the several day period my car was in the shop More
