If I could give 0 stars I would. Run away - fast. I highly suggest going to any other dealership. I went to Northstar with all of my financial information and with the experience Run away - fast. I highly suggest going to any other dealership. I went to Northstar with all of my financial information and with the experience of purchasing 5 cars previously. Northstar Kia ran hard inquires on my credit for cars that I stated I could not afford. Then they sold me a car that had a lien on it and I could not drive off the lot. After a week of them telling me "it'll be tomorrow" everyday the dealership began dodging my calls. When I was finally able to get a finance guy on the phone I canceled the deal. That was on March 24th. I just received an email from Captial One that I in fact still have the car loan and have a payment coming up. Trying to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt I called to ask for confirmation of the cancellation. They told me they do not have to and will not provide confirmation that I will have to wait for Capital One to send me confirmation. This dealership is full of men with big egos who cannot fathom someone holding them accountable for their mistakes. They're a joke, go somewhere else. More

I was very unsatisfied durning the purchase of getting my car. I came in looking to turn in my leased car to get a new one. After being there for 4hours and taking the insurance off my car i was then informe car. I came in looking to turn in my leased car to get a new one. After being there for 4hours and taking the insurance off my car i was then informed by Shaun that Josh who was my sells person never got the car out the lot and being as though it was so late I’d have to come back the next day. I was visibly upset because they knew i was over my miles and I’d have to drive well over 65miles home and back to get the car. Even after coming the next day to get the car i waited 4hours again. Overall my experience was horrible and i would no longer recommend this Kia. More
