Northstar Kia

My experience was absolutely horrible. I went in the an auto loan already approved and a check from Navy Federal Credit Union. From that point on I was concerned as they seemed a little I went in the an auto loan already approved and a check from Navy Federal Credit Union. From that point on I was concerned as they seemed a little confused on how to proceed. I was even asked if I wanted to finance through them even though I already had bank approval and a check in hand. No person in their right mind would do that after already financing through someone else. This just told me they were going to try to get any extra money out of this deal that they could. They did have the car that I really wanted so i stuck with it. Eventually ended up getting the car, thinking my deal was done and I could move on, however more than a month later I still don't have my plates due to a delay on their end with them filling out the loan check with incorrect information. If you are from out of state steer clear of this dealership. It seems they are only used to dealing with people with bad credit and or who are in desperate need. I drove off the lot with my car on 10/30 and it is 12/11 and i still don't have my plates. I reached out to Jordan multiple times and have not received a response. Unprofessional at its best. I was told if i get a ticket within the time I still don't have my plates that they would pay for it by one of the managers there. I asked for that in writing and was told no. At the end of the day I love my car but would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. I wish i could leave 0 stars More
