It's disappointing how they try to trick you by using the original manufacturer's warranty, passing it off as an extra warranty from the dealer and charging more than $4000 without any benefit. I cancelled the warranty the day after the purchase, 8 months have already passed and they haven't returned the money, with excuses that the person in charge is never there or is on vacation, playing with people's time and generating more interest on the credit payments. My experience was very good for what I needed, impressed with scheduling system, alerts and phone calls about upcoming appointments, check in was smooth, pull up to the gate and automatic opens up and pull with scheduling system, alerts and phone calls about upcoming appointments, check in was smooth, pull up to the gate and automatic opens up and pull in, they have a person solely jobs is to take your keys and give you a ticket to bring inside to customer service desk to check in, waiting area is modern and clean and restroom as well plus coffee and muffins for snacks, wait time is the wait for what ever is the service, they wash your car at the end, check out is simple as well, nothing is push on me for additional services. Will return again More
Well, about three months ago I bought my brand new 2024 Kia Telluride in for service with a problem with my inverter Not working. A picture was taken by a service agent I was told it would be relayed to the service manager that did not happen. I need a remedy to this problem as soon as possible. I had a recent visit in February for my one year inspection. The service manager was not in at that time and was told he’d be back in March. More
