The core issue was the P1326 code, which indicates a serious engine defect. My car is a 2020 model and unfortunately not covered under the recall. However, the service center failed to diagnose this properly from the beginning. Instead, they misled me and clearly lacked the ability to fix the issue. My service advisor, James, falsely told me there was no engine problem and initially quoted me over $900. After some negotiation, I agreed to pay $700. He claimed the repairs included replacing four spark plugs and fixing an oil leak gasket — but these had nothing to do with the actual problem. After that service, the car continued to misfire, lose power, and run poorly. The brand new spark plugs they installed failed within two weeks. I had to return to the service center four times within just one to two months, but the problem was never resolved. I feel completely deceived and frustrated. This kind of dishonesty and incompetence is unacceptable. More

He was good at keeping his promise to call me. I came in all was looking as both recalls would happen as he mentioned. But unfortunately 1 of the recall parts that came in was defective. Service is good but leak of finding issue.
