I found the service office people to be rude. They tried to charge me $95 to unhook a wire holding my trunk closed cause a recalled part broke and my trunk would not shut. Bad business practice. January 2024 I purchased a used car but was unable to pick up the contract etc at the said time due to issues that were not mine. I went to have service done on the car recently at the Kia service center pick up the contract etc at the said time due to issues that were not mine. I went to have service done on the car recently at the Kia service center and was told that there is no record of me in the system. I called the salesperson and finance manager but found out they both left the company since. I was under the impression that my paperwork would be sent to me. Finally figured out that I have full train warranty and LoJack was not installed in the car even though they said it was. However no one can account for my maintenance warranty ( oil change brakes etc). More
