Really a garbage place bought a 2021 bmw 540i for it to be 38,000$ with all damaged rims when speaking Ruben when speaking to anyone really I got transferred around till this day no response from Ruben and be 38,000$ with all damaged rims when speaking Ruben when speaking to anyone really I got transferred around till this day no response from Ruben and we just spoke just yesterday on the phone didn’t even bother following up with another phone call you’ll be hearing from my attorney had a blow out less than a week of owning the car they said it’s not covered either even though it was a week into owning the car even messed up my bumper in the front they offered to fix this issue prior when it occurred in August but this issue with the rims was just found by the bmw technician recently because I had been complaining of vibrating at high speeds of 65-70 so I brought it in and then the bmw technician explained it’s recommended I replace them All four 3800 $ Ruben explained these things happen it’s a car but I mean with 27000 mile when I bought it ? It was used yes but I thought all vehicles taken in go through a multiple inspection process so how was this not identified just overall lack of care for the situation overall More

Got reasonable offer on first day from 3 good guys then came back 30 hrs later and got shafted on same deal by Mark the finance guy completely changed numbers on offer and pay structure I feel like I was l came back 30 hrs later and got shafted on same deal by Mark the finance guy completely changed numbers on offer and pay structure I feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of wanting to get my wife a nice 50th bday gift Ruben Jose and Orlando made every effort to get me a fair deal as a veteran on a disability income then this guy Mark changed the deal and said its the best he could do yet the other guys had same deal same vehicle for $140.00 less a month with 2 months b4 payments to start suddenly this guy Mark makes payments $804.00 a month and first pay due 12/1/24 instead of 1/25/25 in my opinion the first team i dealt with were customer considerate but THIS Mark guy didn't care about nothing but getting the most as possible despite my SSD ONE INCOME VETERAN STATUS "THATS ALL I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT" More

Feel cheated by them took my car in for a recall and a noise under it was told it’s my rack and pinion a known issue fine will order part call me when they get it cool however used my cars infotainment to noise under it was told it’s my rack and pinion a known issue fine will order part call me when they get it cool however used my cars infotainment to get to the dealer Apple play no longer shows up screen works was told I have to change my entire radio at my expense had to call Mitsubishi themselves to be told it’s a software issue not a hardware issue and this dealership was fine with charging me close to $1000 dollars for a new radio that didn’t need to be changed techs need to be better trained and to fix issues not just change it very dissatisfied and disappointed in this dealership More
