I took my car for service. I was told that the work would completed in 2 hours and to come at 8am. I was there at 8am and waited more than 1 hour and the car wasn't even touche I was told that the work would completed in 2 hours and to come at 8am. I was there at 8am and waited more than 1 hour and the car wasn't even touched. I saw the mechanics just eating and talking until 9 am. I asked the supervisor and I was told that they don't want to do the job for less than 3 hours. I was upset and left the permises.this is the first time that I see employees having breakfast at work. Shouldn't them had their breakfast at home or before they stat working? This is to bad for a dealer like you. I will not recommend your service to anyone. More
Cosmo was good regarding getting the paper work started for the repair on my passenger seat. The snitching is coming apart. The downfall is getting a follow up or update for approval. I will write Corporate to see if I can get a response regarding replacement of passenger seat cover. I had you guys to replace the driver side and that took a very long time. I will not purchase another Mitsubishi vehicle due to poor customer service within the company. More

I have been waiting 3 days for my supposed to be salesman Tyler call me back with no response to requets or calls. I even requested to speak to the Sales Manager and was told may not hear back from him but i Tyler call me back with no response to requets or calls. I even requested to speak to the Sales Manager and was told may not hear back from him but instead from someone else. That someone else has not called either. The only folks that seem to care are the ones trying to coordinate calls (centralized call center), appts, etc but no action from nobody else. I only receive automated emails about how much they want to sell a vehicle but no action on their part. Sorry but moving on to a delaership that wants business. More
