For over two weeks, I tried to buy a car remotely, only to be met with constant delays, broken promises, and outright dishonesty. I repeatedly asked for the final price of the vehicle, including all fees and taxes, but the dealership continuously avoided giving me a straight answer. Every time they promised to call me back, they never did. I was bounced between different departments, with excuses like “finance is busy” or “we’ll get back to you soon” – only for them to go completely silent. It became clear that they had no intention of honoring the advertised price. Instead, they wasted my time, hoping I would eventually give in to hidden fees or unwanted financing terms. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic that shows a complete lack of integrity and professionalism. Avoid this dealership at all costs. If they treat a serious buyer this way before the sale, imagine what they’ll do after they have your money. Buy elsewhere, from a dealership that values honesty and customer service. More

This dealer did an engine light check diagnostics - and this was my second opinion - the first mechanic stated it was just the sensor - I took it to Mitsubishi to be sure. After an appt and 2.5 hours they provided me a list costing 4,000. Some items on the list were duplicated, the service charge was written with a pen and no explanation or breakdown. The tax was scratched off and modified. I asked if I could just change the sensor as it was listed as well. The dealer Ronnie explained no we had to do all the work listed. We asked if they would suggest the most important items to work on since we couldn’t afford the full cost. They insisted I needed to do all the work. I paid the 195.00 fee but ultimately left. I don’t feel that this was an honest diagnostics Check. And I felt taken advantage of. I went back to the original mechanic and the sensor was changed and all Listed was not necessary. Overall this was and extremely disappointing and very unprofessional visit. More
