It was kind of too aggressive and I felt very less freedom. That part threw me off and he was talking to other customer at the same time. I would suggest he give customer some space and not be too aggressive and pushy. For example the Toyota c-rh than it's not even AWD $28.999 the Honda hrv is AWD but lacks safety features than are standard on the Eclipse Cross are for the same price or even cheaper. Auto folding power mirrors. Eagle eye camera system blind spot alert are just some features of my 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross for much better price than any other car like this size. Wonderful experience in northern Mitsubishi and talk to Arnold if you wanna an easy experience buying your car at this dealership. More

Very unpleasant dealership! Don’t get robbed like me! This dealership is not any different from any other dealership out there. The only thing they care about is making the top dollar from you. They will literally steal candy from babies. I bought a 2015 Range Rover from them and got completely robbed. The vehicle has so many problems that they just put makeup over so I couldn’t realize until the paperwork was signed. The charge about $4000 in dealership fees so if you think you will get the advertised price... you are mistaken! I will list my problems that they refuse to fix below for everyone: - No keys for the wheel locks - brake routers damaged with huge grooves in them - oil change never done - sounds coming from right side when turning (parking) - missing floor mats that I was promised (eventually gave me one from another car) - driver side seat broken (promised me it would be fixed) - gas won’t pump properly. Please don’t make the same mistake I made by trusting these guys. They will slit your throat with a smile on their faces! PS. I will be taking them to court More
