It’s never been easier to give away my cash I showed up to the dealership about a half an hour before they closed on MLK Monday. My salesman, Arthur Lugo, was extremely friendly and very helpful I showed up to the dealership about a half an hour before they closed on MLK Monday. I descrd the car that I’d come 40 miles from home to see and after he collected some cursory information, he said I have it right outside let’s go for a drive. He answered every question I had during the test drive, We came back to the dealership, got down to business had a no nonsense conversation about the numbers. He threw in a locator system at no additional charge and approximately 45 minutes later long after they’d closed and on a holiday weekend, I had left a deposit and added that car to my insurance policy. It was honestly the easiest transaction I’ve ever had buying anything, let alone a car. It was a gift for my daughter but I told Artie that my own car is on its last leg so when it was time to replace it I would absolutely be back. More

Para vender son muy atentos pero apenas sales del concesionario (un dia el cual fue mi caso) y tienes algun inconveniente con el carro, con descaro t Para vender son muy atentos pero apenas sales del concesionario (un dia el cual fue mi caso) y tienes algun inconveniente con el carro, con descaro te dicen que el carro salio del lugar y que ellos no tienen nada que ver, mi recomendacion llevense un mecanico que evalue el carro antes de firmar cualquier papel (yo no tuve la oportunidad ya que apenas lo vi y les dije que lo queria comprar lo llevaron al servicio tecnico para cambiarle la bateria, según ellos para que el carro estuviera en optimas condiciones lo cual en realidad era un pretexto para que no pudiera revisarlo a fondo ya que al cambiar la bateria, la computadora del carro se resetea borrando por un largo tiempo las fallas que tiene) y “nunca firmen” el documento que libra al concesionario de responsabilidades (yo no lo hice ya que me parecio inapropiado al no ser parte del papeleo habitual de compra -venta del carro). Luego de dos dias perdidos en el servicio mecanico que tienen, ya que la primera vez que fui no lo hicieron bien, me toco volver por segunda vez, solucionaron uno de los goteos de aceite que tenía y todavía queda uno sin arreglar, supongo que me tocará ir nuevamente y perder otro día hasta que algún día lo dejen bien. When it came time to sit down I was told the web site add was a mistake. They would honor it but it was a now only offer as the web site will be corrected tomorrow. I passed because I didn’t want to feel pressured. Then I was offered the model down with a “Mitsubishi” leather kit for the seats. I was skeptical but figured how bad could that be so I left a small deposit but was definitely going to do my homework. As I suspected, Mitsubishi does NOT offer any type of leather conversion kit. So I sent an email to the dealer ship about this and not ONCE but TWICE was told the kit came from Mitsubishi. Plus the add that was a “mistake” was still up 3 days later. So when I called and pushed the issue on the leather kit, I was finally told it was a third party kit. When I asked about the web site I was given some Dr Seuss story about an internet team that only comes in once a week yadda yadda yadda bs bs bs. So I asked the “manager” George to come up with the best deal he could under the circumstances. 4 days went by with no response. At that point I went to a dealership muncher closer to my house and with no headache or games got the original car I wanted at a fantastic price (better than theirs for the lower model) and I am 100% happy and satisfied with the other dealership. Now let’s see what games and crap I gotta go through to get my deposit back. More
