Excellent staff in all areas. The worst part was waiting 9-1/2 hrs. for repairs to be completed. I was forced to leave car by 10 AM. Dealership provided uber to my home, and back to dealership. I picked up my car at approximately 8:30-8:45 PM. I left my house key in my car by accident, so I had to wait in my yard 9-1/2 hours until car was ready. I’m 73 so I was exhausted and very unhappy. My review is “Five Stars” because of staff and car is now in good shape. (Repairs included sensor replacement to fix warning lights, oil change, inspection.) More

From start to finish, he proved to be an absolute professional with a level of integrity that is hard to come by these days. Not only was he incredibly honest, but he took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know about the issues with my vehicle and the steps involved in addressing them. What really stood out was his dedication to ensuring that all warranty work was completed and properly covered. I had another dealer in the Southtowns quote me over $12,000 for repairs, which turned out to be a grossly overinflated estimate. Thanks to Gabriel’s persistence and attention to detail, I learned that much of the work was actually covered by a Subaru recall. In the end, my bill at Northtown Subaru ended up just over $1,350—a far cry from the original (quoted minimum) estimate from their competitor. Gabriel worked tirelessly to ensure the work was completed under warranty, saving me a significant amount of money. He is a true asset to the team at Northtown Subaru, combining expertise with genuine care for his customers.
