I was recently looking to get my first car and walked into Northtown Subaru as my first stop, just to browse and ask some questions. Turns out it would be my only stop. I was immediately met with a warm welcome and started working with Jerry. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and made it clear from the start that he was genuinely excited to help me find my ideal first car and do what he could to make it a positive experience for me. In Jerry's hands, the experience was a lot more stress-free than I was ever expecting and I was so pleased to have worked with him. They also offered an in-depth look at the features on the car where I learned a lot from Benjamin who was very kind and knew his stuff. Everyone whom I interacted with at Northtown Subaru was nice, helpful and attentive and made me so thankful I stopped in there. I received an email about possible upgrade on my car, they were looking for used Subarus due to volume in stock, ended up replacing my 2024 Imprezza with a 2026 when my lease didn’t end until December, m they were looking for used Subarus due to volume in stock, ended up replacing my 2024 Imprezza with a 2026 when my lease didn’t end until December, mileage on my car likely boosted it’s value and my new car is a lower payment than the prior one. From the moment I walked onto the lot (supposedly just to look),Brandon was approachable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping rather than just making a sale. What stood out most was how patient and attentive Brandon was. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Even when I was unsure about a few options, he walked me through the pros and cons in a straightforward, honest way. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles, which made it much easier to feel confident in my decision. On top of that, he handled all the paperwork efficiently and kept me informed throughout the process, so there were no surprises. Overall, it was a refreshing experience compared to the typical expectations people have when buying a car.
