Car engine was ransacked by a small animal chewing wires and disabling front view camera in my 4 week old Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Limited. Joshua Meyer immediately informed me that car warranty would NOT pa and disabling front view camera in my 4 week old Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Limited. Joshua Meyer immediately informed me that car warranty would NOT pay for the repair while advising me to notify my insurance company but he would try to keep repair cost close to my deductible insurance amount. The repair was complete in a few days, earlier than expected, with a price close to my deductible AND I was given a car loaner to even take to a meeting I had out of state l! Further complications happened with Josh aligning those repairs as part of my car warranty and even again providing me wiyh a free car loaner! These cars were similar to my Crosstrek that made driving rather easy! Josh always kept me informed of the repair progress, informed me of who is responsible with most repairs made under the car warranty while always explains every detail of what was being done. He went above and beyond what I ever experienced at previous car dealer repair shops , insisted that I was completely satisfied while accommodating every detail that I asked to be diagnosed! He is easily a person whom you can trust! More
