It is not easy to schedule an online appointment since it is always booked at least 2-3 weeks out. I continually checked and was able to get an early Saturday appointment. The issue was identified and he called me within 2--3 hours to inform me what had to be done and that it would take a week to complete since some parts had to ordered . The repair was covered under warranty and I was also provided a loaner car for a week.
