One of the best car buying experiences ever My wife whose lease was expiring was referred to Northtown by a coworker. The sales manager Scott introduced us to Sandy. After this Winter my wife wanted to upgrade from the Camry SE to a RAV4. Sandy was engaging and professional. He helped my wife find the RAV4 she wanted and made the buying process easy. Scott was also very instrumental in moving the sales process through quickly and easily. They earned our trust from the beginning and we ended up getting Paula her RAV4 XLE AWD. I was so impressed that I went back a week later and leased a RAV4 XLE AWD for myself. These gentlemen are a credit to the car sales industry and Northtown Toyota in particular More

Awesome service I walked in hoping to buy a new 2015 Camry. I knew it was probably unlikely to get something done that night since the dealership was closing in an h I walked in hoping to buy a new 2015 Camry. I knew it was probably unlikely to get something done that night since the dealership was closing in an hour. They did everything in their power to match the quote I received from another dealership. The customer service was amazing and Josh Lange my sales person was very friendly. He even dug out a car and pulled up a car for me to look at right at closing time. I was very impressed with their dealership! I highly recommend you check them out before you buy anywhere else. More

Hustled for non-required unnecessary repairs! On May 1, 2014 I took my 2007 Rav-4 into Northtown Toyota, Amherst, NY 14226 for an oil change. The service person who wrote up the order advised me t On May 1, 2014 I took my 2007 Rav-4 into Northtown Toyota, Amherst, NY 14226 for an oil change. The service person who wrote up the order advised me the vehicle was due for the 75,000 mile check. On the order she had written $820.00 which I was led to believe was a worst case scenario and that the dealership would call with any items found that needed attention. I did receive a call while the work was being conducted asking if I wanted the spark plugs or snow tires (they are all season tires) changed, to which I declined. When I picked up my SUV the bill came to $815.22. It had such items on it as "Brake System Flush", "Rear Brake Service, remove pads and clean sliders and lube", "4 Wheel Alignment", These Items added $370.77 to the bill. Upon researching these items I found they were not included in my manual as being either required or necessary. Beverly at the dealership contacted me after I complained and said they would refund $200.00 to me. I advised her that I was extremely upset with the business practices of the dealership and that I would never do business with any of Northtown's dealerships. Toyota is a great company that manufactures some of the best vehicles in the world. I and the rest of my family have owned many of them. To have a dealership that represents Toyota have misleading, almost fraudulent business practices hurts it's reputation. More

Very Disapointed! I purchased a 2013 Toyota Rav 4 in March of 2014. this was the second vehicle i purchased from the Northtown Group. with in 30 days of my purchase i w I purchased a 2013 Toyota Rav 4 in March of 2014. this was the second vehicle i purchased from the Northtown Group. with in 30 days of my purchase i went to a local car wash called Delta Sonic and my roof moulding came undone. I was told by Delta Sonic Employees that it happens all the time. I drove to the dealership (Northtown) and was told also by employees that it happens all the time. when i asked who i should speak with about the issue i was told to "Call the Engineers in Japan". I contacted toyota care who promised a call from the dealer which never happened and the best toyota care could do is refer me to another dealer. beware! More
