I kept receiving 2 different texts for the days of my service. I went with the one I originally set up. I brought my car in the night before service and they told me I had the wrong day. Had appt for 9AM for oil change, tire rotation and replace windshield wipers. I stayed at the dealership as I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. It took over two hours. When I checked out, they forgo replace windshield wipers. I stayed at the dealership as I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. It took over two hours. When I checked out, they forgot to apply a coupon that I gave them when I arrived for my appointment. They immediately credited my card when I pointed this out to them. In addition, l discovered that the rear lens on the car was damaged from their service after I returned home and needed to be replaced. I returned to the dealership, pointed this out to a service rep who was extremely apologetic and advised they would order the part for repair at a later date. They taped the hole in the lens as a temporary fix. During the whole process the service personnel were very professional and courteous and addressed all my issues. More
