Find elsewhere to service your Fiat. They charged me an hour for diagnostics and we’re wrong. Claimed I needed 2 gaskets in excess of $900 to fix the oil leak. The vehicle I have is not leaking oil, it is hour for diagnostics and we’re wrong. Claimed I needed 2 gaskets in excess of $900 to fix the oil leak. The vehicle I have is not leaking oil, it is coolant. I told them this when I took it in. I ended up taking it to a shop I trust and they said it is coolant before taking off the skid plate or oil pan. Service writers and technicians, I feel, are just trying to increase their labor hours. How can you not know the difference between oil and coolant?? If I were that bad at my job I’d be fired before lunch. More

Excellent Customer Service Bob (Service Manager) Eric( Service Advisor) & Pete (Mechanic) made sure my car was repaired and it was completed before the estimated time frame. Bob (Service Manager) Eric( Service Advisor) & Pete (Mechanic) made sure my car was repaired and it was completed before the estimated time frame. They are pro-active in making sure that my car is kept at the best condition possible so I don't have any unexpected problems. It is a pleasure to deal with the sales force and service department - they are the best in KC. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a car or need your car repaired. I won't go anywhere else. More

Phenomenal Service I unfortunately had a wheel stolen the day before a holiday weekend. Nick and the rest of the Northtowne team went above and beyond to find me a new w I unfortunately had a wheel stolen the day before a holiday weekend. Nick and the rest of the Northtowne team went above and beyond to find me a new wheel and tire in a short amount of time. They also did so for much less than I was quoted at two other Ford dealers in the KC metro. This is the only dealership we will be taking our cars in for service and I look forward to purchasing a car from them in the future. Thanks again! More

The Alfa Romeo Service is Awesome Scott, the Alfa Romeo specialist is a true enthusiast and understands, appreciates and cares about the brand. Even when it took a while to figure out one of my issues, he kept my car in his sight, placed equipment around my car to protect it and kept it in stored in the shop. Great Sevice - Clean Shop- Friendly staff Bought my Lincoln in January of 2015 and got set up with Don Bolek as my Service Advisor. Couldn't be more pleased. Don keeps me appraised of whats going on and stays on top of whats needed or suggested. Every service trip from , oil changes, brake jobs, tires, etc has been perform meticulously. Additionally, my car is returned washed and cleaned. You can't find a better Service Department in the Kansas City, MO North Land. This is my first Lincoln and we love our great MKX and the service makes it even better. I'm already making plans for something newer in 2017 More
