I've taken my vehicle to Northway Toyota for more expensive recommended service at specificed intervals. Service had been adequate, but costly under warranty. Once warranty was complete, service diminished drastically. Two months ago, I spent $1,000.00 on repairs that did not correct issues I asked about and one issue was completely ignored. A major problem just occurred and and clerks at service desk were very rude and response from the mechanic did not assist issue, only provided a diagnostic, one I had already. Toyota charged $45.00 for a diagnostic that I knew. I disputed this payment and was approached rudely by all associates. The two different clerks had amazingly poor attitudes, both not helpful, both argued rather than resolve the issue. After spending $1,000.00, I would have expected better customer approach, and friendly polite desk service, I received neither and my vehicle continues to have difficulty. I won't be back, untrustworthy, and breached the simplest of business ethics, I'll find another mechanic. More

After making a deal with them, we received several phone calls trying to convince us to accept a car that differed from that which we had agreed to in the sales contract. When we cancelled because of the runaround,they refused to refund our $500 deposit, despite the fact that New York law provides that a buyer has an unconditional right to refund where the dealer is arranging financing, as he was in this case.
