We loved our experience at NW Chevy. Dave helped us find a vehicle that was going to work for us and worked hard to find that car on the lot. He wanted us to try as many cars in our price range as possible a vehicle that was going to work for us and worked hard to find that car on the lot. We drove away with a much newer, nicer vehicle than we had anticipated driving away in. The customer service and personability of everyone truly shines through and there's no pressure to make a decision you're not okay with. And bonus, the sales people don't attack you like vultures when you pull up as you most often find with dealerships. More

With appointment took 3 hours for oil change. Leaving dealership the check engine light was on, made appointment for 3:30 next day to have it resolved. Took 1 1/2 hours to determine that the air filter b dealership the check engine light was on, made appointment for 3:30 next day to have it resolved. There was a big lack of communication. I also feel that if the major repair that was done on my car was covered under warranty then the diagnostic (that I was supposed to receive 10% off and didn’t) should if the major repair that was done on my car was covered under warranty then the diagnostic (that I was supposed to receive 10% off and didn’t) should have been covered as well. I was also a little annoyed that I returned the loaner cars (that I finally received after bringing my car in a few times, and being without a car for two days) with more gas then I was given, but my car was returned to me on empty. Additionally, when we have our cars serviced at other shops we receive it back cleaned, especially with COVID. I will say that I was thankful that after given a smaller loaner (without a timeframe of when my car would be returned) I was given a loaner that was larger for preplaned vacation when I still didn’t have my car back. More
