There was a big lack of communication. I also feel that if the major repair that was done on my car was covered under warranty then the diagnostic (that I was supposed to receive 10% off and didn’t) should if the major repair that was done on my car was covered under warranty then the diagnostic (that I was supposed to receive 10% off and didn’t) should have been covered as well. I was also a little annoyed that I returned the loaner cars (that I finally received after bringing my car in a few times, and being without a car for two days) with more gas then I was given, but my car was returned to me on empty. Additionally, when we have our cars serviced at other shops we receive it back cleaned, especially with COVID. I will say that I was thankful that after given a smaller loaner (without a timeframe of when my car would be returned) I was given a loaner that was larger for preplaned vacation when I still didn’t have my car back. More

I really appreciate the obvious work the dealership has put into social distancing and making the interior safe for customers. I purchased a new GMC Canyon Denali Duramax Diesel and it was a great experience all the way around. They were very up front with their pricing, and the usual discussions about add-ons such as extended warra was a great experience all the way around. I never buy the additional coverages and, quite frankly, this was the closest I've ever been. The finance manager was friendly and had a compelling story about the warranty, but he wasn't pushy at all. I would also recommend you talk to Samson. He was great throughout the process - quick to respond to emails, great at the desk, and great with the followup. I will definitely put them on the top of my list for my next purchase, even thought they're 90 miles from home! More

I wish to thank Jen. I had gotten window tinting through them (third party) but there was a blemish. NWChevrolet brought the car to the third party location after my oil change and all that was completed sa them (third party) but there was a blemish. NWChevrolet brought the car to the third party location after my oil change and all that was completed same day. The bonus was I was given a loaner on top of that as it seems it's hard to get a Saturday appointment and they were very understanding of my needs as I was alone and could not wait for servicing. This is only my third time servicing my 2020 Camaro so didn't know that last point. I did not even get a bill for that, which I was ready to do and found amazing! More
