We had trouble with previous repairs on the the same part of our car from the dealership, and were frustrated that we had to be without our car and spending more money on the same problem AGAIN. Sydney and M of our car from the dealership, and were frustrated that we had to be without our car and spending more money on the same problem AGAIN. Sydney and Mike made sure we had a complimentary vehicle, and comped the entire repair AND the oil change that was due. We really appreciated their understanding during this frustrating time and all they did to help make it right. More
