Sydney has been great throughout this little mess, and shame on me for not more firmly addressing the problem much sooner, but the fact that these damages made it past the "multi-point inspection" process shame on me for not more firmly addressing the problem much sooner, but the fact that these damages made it past the "multi-point inspection" process does not instill confidence in that inspection. The dealer's failure to address all pre-existing damages while fixing 75% is a little baffling, but I suspect they tucked what they could under a warranty claim and left me holding the bag on the rest.
