The vehicles are just off leases and are inspected/serviced by the dealer prior to arriving on their lot. I had done my research ahead of time and found two excellent competitively priced vehicles. Charlie printed me both of the original window stickers and detailed Novak’s standard warranty. There was never pressure to purchase anything, and all their associates were extremely professional. Rene found me a better deal than capital one’s. Do yourself a favor, if you’re considering a vehicle they have on the lot, get it. More
