Went there about 3 months ago saw a Mazda 3 2012 on auto trader, with a clean accident free carfox, I gave them a call and set a date, when I arrived Went there about 3 months ago saw a Mazda 3 2012 on auto trader, with a clean accident free carfox, I gave them a call and set a date, when I arrived at Novak Motors Jerry had the car clean and ready, parked right next to the entrance for me to see, Jerry then came and welcomed me, we went for a test drive all went just as expected, car was comfortable and fun to drive.. Jerry then helped me on the finance, and even got me a lower interest rate that my bank would't even get near, and about less than one hour later I drive off on my new car with a big smile.. Three months later after the purchase, the vehicle has been running very smooth, It did need new rear rotors, and tires, but for the price, mileage and year it was fair trade.. Jerry is an awesome guy to do business with, and will make you feel right at home, I highly recommend you do business with him. More

Liars who wasted my time BUYER BEWARE.....I called the dealership about a 2011 Nissan Sentra and I tried to make the deal as smooth as possible. I called before I drove over a BUYER BEWARE.....I called the dealership about a 2011 Nissan Sentra and I tried to make the deal as smooth as possible. I called before I drove over an hour to make sure they could sell me the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I spoke with Bill, we spoke about the fact that my time was limited. My husband works at night and I have 3 kids. My husband would be losing sleep to drive me to look at this car so make me the best deal possible. He gave me a price of $12,200 everything included. Great price so we made the drive. Once we arrived he thought I was there for a Mazda and I corrected him and told him we spoke about a Nissan. We test drove it and I liked it. But it all went down hill when it came to the price. He started fumbling around and mentioned the Mazda again when I brought up the price he gave over the phone. He tried to tell me that I called for a Mazda and I told him I DID NOT. He then goes to speak to his manager about the price. When he comes back he brings up that he has in the system that I called about a Mazda again and that he can only sell me the Nissan at the listed price. I am so disgusted that BILL looked me in my face and was lying about what car I called about. He wasted my time and my poor husband went to work tired but do you think BILL will loss any sleep. Very low pressure-purchased with confidence Prior to purchasing my 2011 4Runner, I had spent several weekends bouncing between 'reputable' dealers in the DFW area, I ultimately purchased my 2011 Prior to purchasing my 2011 4Runner, I had spent several weekends bouncing between 'reputable' dealers in the DFW area, I ultimately purchased my 2011 Toyota 4Runner from Novak Motors. At first I was a little hesitant to go to Novak since I didn't have the most positive of pictures of used car only dealerships. I was given comfort after reading the reviews on sites such as this (would have saved myself a lot of heartburn and hassle had I done that before my last purchase!) and so I made the trip to go and check them out. When I arrived, I met up with Bill whom I'd spoken with on the phone. Bill showed me the two 4Runners that I had called about and we took them for a test drive. (Note: He showed me the vehicles I called about and didn't try to introduce me to the rest of the inventory.) Both were in very good condition and I had just a few more questions. Bill suggested that I take the vehicle to an independent mechanic to get their opinion if that's what would make me comfortable. Additionally, since I wasn't able to do it that day, they told me that they would hold it for a day and would also drop it off at the mechanic (I'd pick up) if that made it easier. So as you can see, they really focused on making me comfortable and while a lot of dealers say they're 'low pressure' Novak went far beyond that. The vehicle checked out and the mechanic said it was in very good shape even for a vehicle with 30k miles and 3 years old. This was a relief and so I went back to Novak intent on making a deal. The posted price was the price and there was no haggling. Financing was simple through CUDL and there wasn't a whole lot of additional selling that occurred in the closer's officer. I drove away from Novak wondering when this experience would go bad. Thing is, it hasn't and I have no reason to think that it will. I've received my plates, the cars registered and Bill even sent me a follow up email inviting me to come back if there were any additional questions that I might have after having the vehicle for about a month now... Bottom line: I'm very high on Novak and have/will encourage anyone to give them a try. Additionally, ask them about their business model and you'll understand how they are able to price really good used cars where they do. This is a really strong operation and I sincerely hope for their continued success. More
