The man who checks me in evey service I don’t know his name black gentleman often wears a hat he is so nice. He makes my experience really great. Everything was great with Randy and Frank. Great experience overall. Just disappointed in your sales manager. She leaves a lot to be desired. They were unable to fix my car. GM installed an update which broke my infotainment system and they said it’s not fixable or covered and would be $1500.
