It is a brand new vehicle that they located for me and it was driven 200 miles to this dealer for delivery rather than using a flatbed, which I was disappointed with, causing the oil life to go down to 60%, and then Paul Castine, a Sales Manager, fought me tooth and nail for a $40 oil change when I just spent $54K on a new SUV, which was a slap in the face. Shawn Gallagher and Alexis Benitez were great, very fair and helpful sales people, and had OK'd the oil change 2 days before. I realize it did not "need" an oil change, but the point is that they sold me a new car with 209 miles on it, and with "used" oil in it. My previous 4 cars were new Chevrolet SUVs, and none had over 15 miles on them when I bought them. The highest point: I have to say I absolutely love my new Traverse High Country! Handles really well, has all the latest safety features and connectivity, a great product. More

Excellent service I had an 8:30 a.m appointment for routine oil and filter change. Upon arrival I was informed tire rotation was recommended.
