Wayne Xides put a lot of effort in to the last service visit, thanks for dealing with the warranty company, ordering parts that are covered and not normally stocked, taking care of several covered issues, visit, thanks for dealing with the warranty company, ordering parts that are covered and not normally stocked, taking care of several covered issues, along with a sticker and oil change, that saved me a return trip. I also appreciate your help with pick up and drop off being done around my schedule, first thing in the morning and late a night. That stuff is not forgotten. 5 stars for this service rep, and thanks for all the help and paying attention to every detail !! More

They didn’t understand the EV tax credits and cost us $1500 in extra reduction. When had the opportunity to correct the mistake, they acted selfishly and ruined the opportunity.
