Up to my visit on 6/15/24 everything was good. The service on 6/15 I was told by Wayne he would use a coupon for my oil change because I forgot mine at home but I guess he forgot. But I just paid when asked to and assumed the coupon was applied guess I should have checked. My only other issue was the strong cigarette smell from Wayne that was unpleasant and had to use my inhaler. But overall waiting room was remodeled and comfortable along with the service entrance. Disappointed in the extreme lack of communication. Our Camaro was there for 8 days. We called daily for an update but it fell on deaf ears. No one would return our calls. We understand delays occur. However, with the proper communication, we would have rented a vehicle in order to not to miss meetings. We are a 3rd generation Chevy family and were planning on purchasing a Chevy for our son.
