My wait time for an oil , filter changes, and inspection was over 2 hours. Definitely Unacceptable My service rep was nice. he said my truck was done and the tech was finishing up my paperwork and woul was over 2 hours. I went back to the waiting area. A half hour later, i went back to check the status of my truck. The rep was with the same customer but apparently I fell by the wayside. He asked another rep to get me checked out. I’m glad to see the rep working to solve the customer’s problem, but for me to have to wait that extra half hour is unacceptable More
