I had an appointment at 10:30 and I wasn't taken until 11:10. At 12:30 when my vehicle was ready and I went to check out, the girl had gone to lunch and nobody could check me out. For an oil change in a t 11:10. At 12:30 when my vehicle was ready and I went to check out, the girl had gone to lunch and nobody could check me out. For an oil change in a tire rotation and they ended up changing my wipers, I was there for two hours waiting. Unacceptable. I didn't get out of there until 12:50 by the time the girl came back and I was able to check out. More
