They refused to refund me the amount that I paid that evening and said that the oil spill is now my problem. More

We were in a quandary since it was a Saturday afternoon, and parts wouldn't be available until Wednesday. David did offer to check with the junk yard on Monday to get the tire rim 2 days earlier. David was on the phone with me numerous times, and helped me enormously by looking up and giving me information on nearby hotels, campgrounds, and the train, so that we could figure out the best plan for lodging and/or transit for my son (who was in MA while we were in PA!). David reassured me that he wouldn't leave my son hanging, and that he'd make sure my son got to where he needed to go. WOW!!! Just incredibly heartwarming to meet a man like David. The situation could've been so different. He told me that customers have followed him around when he has changed jobs, and I can absolutely see why! What a great guy!!! More

Poor follow through on sale, extended warranty heavy-handed Meeting with sales person was pleasant. Experience was not so good after putting my deposit down. We scheduled a time to come by and deliver my check for the balance. Someone should have cautioned me not try to pay with personal check. We waited for 2 hours to meet with finance person. We were assaulted with offers for extended warranties. Why don;t they make that part of sales process instead of throwing this at you at last minute???? The finance guy accepted my personal check without much comment. A day or two later I'm informed they can accept the personal check, but have to wait 7-10 days for it to clear. So I take time off from work to go to bank and get bank check and drop it off at dealership. I'm informed the car should be ready to pick up on Saturday. Saturday comes and no word from the dealer. I make some angry calls and emails and late in day sales manager calls to inform they will install accessories and car can be picked up on Sunday (instead of Monday). Turnover of vehicle was fine. Involves 2.5 hours instruction as car has so much technology. Had car for 2 weeks now and still much to learn.......... More
