Based on what I had shared, he guided me to the model of car he thought would be best and then found the perfect car for me on the lot. Tim is very experienced and professional. He was not pushy or ever in a hurry and answered all of my questions, even though it meant working quite late. The finance manager, Rebekah, was also wonderful and spent a lot of time with me making sure to explain everything carefully as I signed the required paperwork. Excellent!!! I was looking to replace my 10 year old minivan with a smaller car and knew I liked the CR-V. My husband and I visited a different Honda dealer, closer to our home and even took the 2017 CR-V on a test-drive. We felt that the sales person there (at the other dealership) was not connecting with us and we were not getting the level of service we were hoping for. We left there and never returned. He was excellent and we ended up purchasing the VERY FIRST car he showed us. It is a 2017 Honda Accord LX. We met with Rebekah who was excellent with explaining certain things that we had questions about. We left at 5:45 p.m. We picked up the car the next day. We have been so happy with our purchase!
