Dishonest and rude I bought a 2013 RAV4 last weekend, after go thru all the paper works, loan, and to pick up my car, they Never told me there is only a single key, and I bought a 2013 RAV4 last weekend, after go thru all the paper works, loan, and to pick up my car, they Never told me there is only a single key, and not a single piece of paper from manufacturer until I asked. Both keys and owners manual are standard and come with the vehicle, they should let me know in advance and I may walk away. Nowadays, a key with transponder is not cheap, will cost me about $300 to get it from dealer. So I asked them either to cut a key for me, or cover the cost if I have to. Gary is try to help, but the manager(forgot his name) is very rude with answer: No. The director Jim kemos talked to me and promise me will give me answer next Monday, I waited the whole week, I did received a normal after sale survey call, but not from Jim at all. I would NOT recommended, and if you really need to, ask everything in advance, they will try to hide all the negative by all means. I will definitely never come to them again. More
