Straightforward purchase I came in with a TrueCar quote, and process was very straight forward. I test drove a Fit, and the rest of the visit was about evaluating my trade in. I spent about 3.5hrs and didn't expect the process to take nearly that long, since I'd already decided on make/model/features and had a quote. More
