2016 Honda Civic Buying experience was great with Tim McLean - Research what I wanted and found Civic inventory at Honda West. Went in for test drive and questions wh Buying experience was great with Tim McLean - Research what I wanted and found Civic inventory at Honda West. Went in for test drive and questions which Tim provided answers. We closed on deal and moved forward with purchasing car. Tim very knowledgeable and straightforward. My only issue with procuring car was the wait thru the finance/accounting group, as a number of deals going on at the same time and spent significant time waiting. In addition, I understand that the after market items provided have some value, but the process was timely and I was not interested. I am buying a Honda for the reliability and quality. The pressure to buy extended warranty was not necessary from my standpoint. I bought a Honda Ridgeline 6 years ago and very limited work required during this timeframe even with 240,000 miles of use. I bought the Honda Civic to get a reliable commuter car with great gas mileage. I hope I will be as happy with the Civic, as I am with the Ridgeline. More

Rick Petroff has a nice gift for stripping away anxiety from the stress of buying a car. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional and Rick went above and beyond with explaining all the new advancements in the CRV. The cars have evolved a lot since we bought our last car and Rick didn't make us feel "out of touch" as he walked us through all the new capability.
