We were greeted by the Florence who found us a sales person and check in on us twice while we waited. It was a busy morning at the dealership so at times through out the process we had to wait but each time we were checked in on by Rick or Florence. Every one at Boch Honda West was helpful and dare I say the process was even fun. I am a first time buyer and the process can seem intimidating but Rick took us through it step by step. I came in with a quote from TrueCar which they honored right away. After some decisions on color, I purchased a 2016 Honda Fit. It's exactly the car I went in to purchase and it is the car I drove away in. At each point Rick was informative and patient. He was personable and friendly. His relaxed manner took away any anxiety I might be feeling with such a major purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the product as well as the car buying process. When I ran the bell (to signal a buyer) I felt happy and confident in my decision, mostly because Rick made it so easy and stress-free! Rebekah in Financing made the payment process easy and stress-free as well. She walked through all of the options and I never felt pressured to make a decision. She was organized and I am confident she made all the effort to get me a good rate and financing option. She was personable and made easy conversation. When I shop for a car I'm the kinda guy who just wants to look and be left alone until I find what I like and have questions. I could see Susan Pressler coming my way to talk and I was like here we go. Lol. I was amazed at how nice she was and let me do my thing. We test drove 2 cars and I liked the second one very much. However it didn't make sense budget wise. So after several hours of running numbers we came to the conclusion that the first car would be better for me. Susan was so very helpful and even offered to go across the street and get a sandwich for me because we had been there for so long without eating. She is a sweetheart and very good at the job she does. I will never forget this experience and to everyone who had a hand in helping me get this car, Thank You So Very Much! More
