Boch Honda does not just offer exceptional customer service it offers "Customer Delight". Everything from complimentary coffee to shuttle service to and from my home. My vehicle had over 216,000 miles when I sold it. She was still is good condition. We took care of her together. In December, I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord V6. I LOVE MY NEW CAR! It is just what I wanted. John Debronzo, Jr., Sales Consultant, and I spoke several times over the years about my purchasing a vehicle when I would come in for service. Finally the time was right for me to purchase another vehicle. I contacted John because I saw my new car on the lot. I wanted to work with John because he worked with me and spent time with me. recall I didn't know about I went in for my annual Mass inspection and found there's a recall on the driver's side airbag. I haven't even been notified by Honda of this recall y I went in for my annual Mass inspection and found there's a recall on the driver's side airbag. I haven't even been notified by Honda of this recall yet and Garrett informed me of it as he searched the computer for any recalls on my vehicle. While Boch doesn't have the recall parts as of yet, I think it's great that Garrett looked for recalls and let me know. More

My Boch Honda West Experience I enjoyed working with Rick Petroff he made the purchasing process easy and smooth. He went above and beyond to help me when I found a car at the Boch I enjoyed working with Rick Petroff he made the purchasing process easy and smooth. He went above and beyond to help me when I found a car at the Boch Norwood location I was interested in. He went and got the car for me and even came in on his day off to complete the sale…he was fantastic! I also had a great experience with Bob Signori the Finance Director. He did a great job of getting me financing at a great rate, while patiently and professionally explaining the financing process. Lastly I would like to say that the dealership was a great place to do business it is state of the art, clean, comfortable, and has very friendly staff…everyone we spoke with was pleasant and customer focused. My kids (7 and 5) did not even mind spending a few hours there while we did the paperwork and completed the deal. They were entertained in the kids lounge and had plenty of snacks which kept them really happy. The experience was more than I could have hoped for. Thanks to all who made the purchase possible!
