I called Boch Honda West and they were able to get me in immediately. Not only did they diagnose and repair the problem, they recommended the next scheduled service (spark plugs) based on my mileage and quoted me a price 35% lower than my local dealer. The car was ready for my drive home that evening and it is running great again. Thank you to everyone at Boch Honda. You have gained a new customer. More

Anthony is the shining star of Westford's Boch Honda outfit! When my second Honda Pilot 2013 encountered a tree and I had to buy my third 2019~this one~ the young salesman advised he could only accept a check fo When my second Honda Pilot 2013 encountered a tree and I had to buy my third 2019~this one~ the young salesman advised he could only accept a check for $30,000 and since he was unwilling to sell this car for that price, I had to finance. When I returned to pick up my now financed vehicle, I asked how to program the garage door opener. He looked in the glove box and said "I'm sorry I don't think this car comes with a remote." At this point, I figured I had received all the information this gentleman had to offer and left. Got home and mailed a check for the balance on the 2019 that dealer would not let me pay when I purchased vehicle. As I told Anthony, I have since programmed my car to open all 3 doors it encounters on a regular basis. I came in for service because my back hatch door opens only when it feels like it. I was told this was due to a misaligned catch. Thsi took 2 hours of my day to repair and when I got my car back was given a list of additional items that might need doing. Would have preferred a half hour to align said catch and be on my way. But your Anthony IS the bright light of the place! More
