Service for my 2019 CRV Anthony was able to arrange for service for my car on very short notice. The job was done in less than an hour and I was on my way. 6hr tire replacement I set up a service appt. a week and a half ahead of time. Explained I had a lease through the dealership with the tire and rim protection. Told the re I set up a service appt. a week and a half ahead of time. Explained I had a lease through the dealership with the tire and rim protection. Told the rep I had a damaged tire that would need to be replaced. Rep asked and was given tire info. I got to my 10am appt at 945. Service rep explained tire and rim protection service can take an hour to two which was fine. After an hour and a half, service rep came to the waiting room to let me know it would be at least another THREE hours because they didn't have the right tire. Had to leave to pick up my son from school and drive 40 minutes back again to have the tire finally replaced. Except now on the way home, it was rush hour and took over an hour an a half to get back. You stole my entire day for one tire...that's service!!! :-( More
