In response: When a new vehicle purchased from Tarbox Hyundai has a well known transmission safety defect under warranty, it is Tarbox's job as an authorized service center to address the issue. Tarbox Hyundai's failure to to do so is most definitely a review of BOTH your dealership and the defective vehicle sold. As a customer, I do not engineer, sell, or warranty said vehicle and such a response is well deserving of a 1 star rating. Buyer beware!
